Dean Bailey started his working career in 1989 as a Submariner in the South African Navy.  After 4 years he left to further his interests and studies in Electronic Engineering. During his career as both a Senior Manager and Business Owner, in the IT Industry, he further studied a degree in Theology majoring in “Pastoral Counselling”. He holds majors in “Psychology” and undertook further advanced studies in “Executive Coaching”. He is a registered “Wellness Counsellor” with the ASCHP and has gained extensive experience as a “24-Hr Response Crisis Counsellor” whilst consulting for ER24 (Emergency Response) in the Western Cape.

Dean’s background and experience in Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling, together with his vast firsthand experience in working with a wide range of individuals in a number of varying contexts, led him to follow his passion and start Eleutheria RSA. The company was formed in July 2020.

The aim of the organization is to empower, equip and help others live happy, healthy, productive and fulfilling lives as they strive towards achieving their goals.

Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Dean currently consults with private Individuals, Students, Executives, Businesses and Tertiary Educational Institutions throughout the world.
